2. Order Processing and Delivery Timelines

We work diligently to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. Please note the following timeframes:

  • Order Handling Time: 1 – 3 business days (Monday to Friday). This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
  • Transit Time: 9 – 11 business days (Monday to Friday). This is the time it takes for the package to travel from our facility to your destination.
  • Total Delivery Time: Estimated 10 – 14 business days from the moment the order is placed.

3. Order Cut-off Time

To ensure timely processing, please note our daily deadline:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles).
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday.

4. Shipping Destinations

Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase, as we are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched.
